Today seems to be an oddly English themed day. In bad news, the exchange rate has faltered, making 20 pounds only $34. I was selling the cell phone I used to call my mom when the last attacks happened. In extremely bad news, there seems to have been another incident in London. This is probably a crazy thing, but when I was there, after the attacks, I wondered why they were searching backpacks with metal detectors at the Tate Modern but not on the underground(that I saw- I was at Euston station and went to Blackfriars). I hope the sociology trip people have returned to America already. Their trip is longer than ours, and they had gotten back to their normal routine after the attacks.
